返品について

■ご注文後、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル、商品の返品・交換・返金はお受け出来ません。
■Cancellations, returns, or refunds for customer convenience are not accepted.


■通信販売は訪問販売とは異なりクーリングオフ適用外です。
■Online purchases are not subject to Japan’s “cooling-off” (cancellation) system, as it applies only to door-to-door sales.


■商品交換
・サイズ違いによる交換の場合、交換に伴う送料はお客様ご負担にてお願い致します。

・商品到着後8日以上経過した場合、いかなる理由があっても返品・交換はお受け出来ません。

・商品の箱・説明書・付属品等を汚損,破損,紛失,または破棄された場合
・お客様によって加工された商品
・お届け後に修理、クリーニング等された商品
・イメージの相違
・パソコンの環境設定による色味の相違
■Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
・Products returned after more than 8 days from delivery
・Products that have been used even once
・Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
・Products with damaged, lost, or discarded boxes, manuals, or accessories
・Products altered by the customer
・Products that have been repaired, cleaned, or otherwise processed after delivery
・Products returned due to “image difference”
・Color differences caused by monitor settings
